2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective or incorrect compared to the confirmed order.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original order.
